Internet access is required to be available and fully operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Not only are these servers required to be operational, they are required to maintain efficiency and performance all day, every day. This means non-stop, high-performance, high-capacity accessibility and system integrity required from these units ALL DAY, ALL WEEK, ALL YEAR.  RJIA.NET has experienced excellent service out of our SuperServers and continues to add to its array of servers already in operation.

ARJAY SuperServers are completely serviced by ARJAY's certified technical staff. If there is a  need for an upgrade, ARJAY can perform it. If there is a need for repair or service, ARJAY has you covered. We also offer a variety of service contracts that can be form-fit for your company's needs and schedules. On-site service is available from 10:00am to 7:00pm Monday through Friday, 10:00am to 5:00pm Saturday, and emergency service is available in our service contracts. We stock a wide range of replacement/upgrade components for all the systems we sell to ensure efficient service.
