At ARJAY, we believe in supplying high-quality, honest service for a reasonable price to all our clients. For almost 20 years of business, the service staff at ARJAY has been experienced and dedicated to providing quality service. In fact, the technical staff ARJAY employs at present, is the same technical staff that ARJAY started with back in 1990! The statement "high-quality, honest service" means that our goal is to do the job right the first time. We take the necessary time to diagnose, install, upgrade, or repair and then execute the project in an organized manner. When parts are involved, we use only quality parts. Our service fees are quite reasonable too, especially considering that we've only increased our labor rates approximately $10 per hour after almost 20 years! Below is a list and brief description of the services we offer. Our service staff consists of A+®, MCP®, MCSE®, and CCNA® certified technicians.

IN-HOUSE Service |
In-house service consists of all work done at our Rockford, ARJAY's location. We offer service on ARJAY PC's, workstations and servers, as well as numerous other IBM-compatible PC's (sorry, NO MAC's!) and commercial printers. |

ON-SITE Service |
We offer on-site service to residential and business clients. We also deliver PC's, printers, etc. |

NETWORK Service |
We offer network solutions for small to large business applications in, Windows 2003®, Windows 2007®, Windows XP®, & Windows Vista® environments. We also offer network service for home and small office applications. |

DELIVERY Service |
We offer delivery and setup/configuration for computer systems, printers, and other various peripherals and components. |

PRINTER/COPIER Service |
Our technical staff is Canon Copier® and Mita-Copystar® Copier certified. We also offer service and supplies for a wide range of laser printers. |

INTERNET Service |
